Terms & Conditions

EveryCoach is an online marketplace that connects athletes with professional sports coaches and online coaching courses. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EveryCoach website, mobile experience and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by EveryCoach ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You may register either as a Coach (offering sessions and courses) or as a Student (booking sessions and enrolling in courses). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out under your account.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and keep that information up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

As a Coach you agree to:

• Provide accurate qualifications, certifications and experience.
• Honour confirmed bookings and arrive on time and prepared.
• Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully with every student.
• Hold any insurance, licences or safeguarding qualifications required by law in your jurisdiction.
• Communicate cancellations or changes promptly through the Platform.

As a Student you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward your coach and other Platform users.
• Arrive on time for booked sessions and follow safety guidance.
• Pay for any sessions or courses you book in full and on time.
• Disclose any relevant health information that may affect your ability to train safely.

When you request a session the booking is held as pending until the coach confirms it. A booking becomes confirmed once the coach accepts it on the Platform and payment has been authorised.

Confirmed sessions are added to both parties' calendars and may be cancelled subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

EveryCoach charges a platform commission of 20% on each session or course sale. The remaining 80% is paid out to the coach via Stripe payouts. Stripe processing fees may apply and are deducted before payout.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the listing. Taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the coach in their jurisdiction unless EveryCoach is required by law to collect them.

Students may cancel a confirmed session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

If a coach cancels a confirmed session for any reason, the student receives an automatic full refund. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy for course refunds and no-show rules.

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or off-platform payment requests.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate another person or coach.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse another user.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.

Coaches retain ownership of the course content (videos, written materials, images) they upload. By uploading content to EveryCoach, coaches grant EveryCoach a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream and display that content on the Platform for the purpose of delivering it to enrolled students and promoting the coach's listings.

All EveryCoach branding, software, design and trademarks remain our property and may not be used without our written consent.

EveryCoach is a marketplace that introduces students to independent coaches. We do not employ coaches and we are not responsible for their qualifications, conduct, advice, or the outcome of any session or course.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryCoach, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including injuries sustained during a coaching session. You participate in physical activity at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify users by email or by a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
